Deaf and HOH Inclusivity

This case study highlights my ability to translate a specific performance gap into an effective digital learning solution. Focused on improving communication with Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees, I led the design process from initial planning to final delivery. I partnered with SMEs to ensure accuracy, employed backwards planning to align assessments with objectives, and built the interactive course using Articulate Storyline. The final product includes robust tracking mechanisms to evaluate learner reaction and knowledge retention.
